- Abstract
The article discusses the problems faced by the practicing lawyers for contesting a seizure of property effected by the Alien Property Custodian in the U.S. It states that the implementation of freezing regulation and licensing the new forms of property control, administrated by the Foreign Funds Control of the U.S. Dept. of Treasury, are the subject of concerned for practicing lawyers. Further it mentions three types of administrative procedure under which control of alien property is being exercised.
