- Abstract
The article focuses on the powers and duties of the governmental bodies administering unemployment compensations laws in the U.S. They include the rule-making power, commission reports, employers records and reports, staff personnel, funds, employment stabilization, and reciprocal agreements. A table listing the structure of the principal federal and state administrative bodies of the country, in states like Ohio, New York, and California, is also presented. Information on the Unemployment Administration Fund, is given.
