- Abstract
The article discusses the reason due to which the U.S. Constitution is not looked on as a model for other constitutions. It mentions that the constitutions of other countries differ from U.S. constitution on grounds of federalism and separation of power. It states that the U.S. Constitution has a separate provision for the establishment of religion where as other countries like to protect freedom of religion.
