This paper presents a theoretical analysis from visions of Chantal Mouffe and complements the theories of authors such as Canclinni, focusing on issues of citizenship and political action of the LGBT population sector, with a high content ethnographic and social approach as we understood penetrates in the habits, behavior and lifestyles of the sector, but to do so it was necessary to recognize the other, live, feel, think and interact with others.
