- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 70-year-old woman presented with dull pain over weeks on the radial side of her right wrist. It mentions her visualization of an ultrasound that defined fusiform cystic lesion with prominent compressible and hypoechoic rim caused by peritendinous effusion inside the tendon sheath of the right first dorsal extensor compartment around the base of the thumb on the transverse.
