- Abstract
In order to improve sensitivity, reliability and sustainability of the flexible wearable pressure sensor based on fabric, silver nanowires interdigital electrode was designed and fabricated by direct writing technology and used as the bottom electrode. Silver nano wire conductive fabric was prepared by soaking technology and used as piezoresistive layer. A piezoresistive flexible fabric pressure sensor was assembled by the bottom electrode and piezoresistive layer, its related properties were tested. The results showed that the current of pressure sensing fabric was increased linearly with the increase of applied voltage under different pressures. The pressure sensing fabric had better sensing stability and reproducibility, better response performance and high sensitivity to external force. The flexible fabric pressure sensor achieved excellent switching ratio at low voltage of 0. 1 V and had fast response performance at 5 g weight pressure. It is considered that the flexible pressure sensor has potential application value in wearable controller and motion detection.
