- Abstract
Different international studies have showed that general interest patterns influence students' choice in terms of profession. In order to determine whether these interest patterns (as determined based on JVIS results) also influence students' options, determining their choice of master's programs, we have used SPSS ANOVA to test the influence the general vocational patterns of 280 undergraduate Psychology students have on their choice of Master's program. The results confirmed the statistical hypothesis in the way that students' preferences towards a Master program in Psychology are differentiated according to five occupational themes: Logical, Inquiring, Helping, Conventional, and Enterprising (as resulted from JVIS).
