- Abstract
Women soccer players' field position due not only to a personal interest, but could depend on individual physiological variables. The present exploratory research determines the speed of OBLA on the different field position. The study population is integrated by 16 women players (4 per position) evaluated in a treadmill with an increased speed test. Each speed used was measured the blood lactate concentrations with the portable analyzer Accutrend Plus. For data analysis between the variables speed and lactate concentration an insertion mathematical formula was proposed. In the sample studied relied on the field position (goalkeepers, defenses, midfielders and forwards) a significant variation of OBLA was found. With a significance level (á) of 5 % a p-value of 0.004 was obtained using the Kruskal-Wallis test in search of the relation between OBLA and the player's field position, consequently, it is not possible to accept equity among populations, therefore, it can be declare that exists a statistically significant difference when we compare the Onset of Blood Lactate Accumulation (OBLA) with the player's field position. The results show that there are statistically significant differences between the groups of players according on the field position that they carry out and the blood lactate concentration. Keywords: OBLA, blood lactate, football, field position and women.
