Title
Scottish education "hijacked by failing establishment".
Abstract
The article reports that the trade unions Unite and Unison, which represent staff at the Scottish Qualifications Authority, have complained that the "meaningful consultation" that they were promised about the future of education organizations in Scotland has turned out to be membership of a subordinate "delivery board". It also informs that a reform board was established by the Scottish National Party (SNP) government to design three new education agencies.
