- Abstract
Skin and nasal mucosal biopsies, and axillary lymph node biopsy revealed diffuse dermal infiltrate consisting of epitheliod histiocytes with pale eosinophilic cytoplasm showing emperipolesis, accompanied by numerous neutrophils, lymphocytes, and plasma cells. Rosai-Dorfman disease presenting with nasal, nodal and multiple cutaneous involvements responding to a combination of systemic steroid and low-dose thalidomide therapy Histopathological examination of lymph node biopsy revealed characteristic features of RDD, with 30% IgG4-positive kappa and lambda polytypic plasma cells.
