- Abstract
Treatment options include oral antifungal agents with/without topical antifungal agents and topical antifungal agents alone. Group A consisted of 139 patients who received oral treatment with/without topical treatment, whereas group B consisted of 261 patients who received topical treatment alone. Oral treatment combined with topical treatment should be reserved for patients without comorbidities who desire shorter duration of treatment or in cases of recalcitrant or recurrent MaF.
