- Authors
STEINHOFF, UWE
- Abstract
A literary and philosophical criticism is presented of two books by philosopher John Rawls, "Law of Peoples" and "A Theory of Justice." The author argues that following Rawls' reasoning to its logical conclusion leads to unintended immoral implications such as justification of slavery, human rights denial, and justifiable genocide.
