- Abstract
The article discusses the fraudulent transfer actions against Ponzi Scheme investors, with the appointment of an equity receiver often sought by federal regulatory agencies to take control of the company and cease its ongoing fraudulent activity. A receiver is usually directed by receivership orders to conduct an investigation into company affairs relative to the order and marshal the assets of the company, that includes filing lawsuits for the recovery of fraudulent transfers.
