The article describes the journey of Pintupi painter and ceramist Pepai Jangala Carroll back to his father's Country near the Walunguru, Kintore community. He was accompanied by Ernabella Arts staff Derek Jungarrayi Thompson and the author. They visited the soakage water of Ininti and the salt lake of Wilkinkarra. Several sites were also visited by Pepai, who also spent time with his classificatory father Jimmy Brown Tjampitjinpa.
