- Abstract
Assuming that the law, as a discursive power field, assign and imputes differences that creates hierarchies and asymmetries in sexed bodies as female or male, the article problematize legal systems as mechanisms wich produce and represent subjects. The object of analysis were the speeches of 252 cases of torture suffered by women recorded in the Supreme Military Court, at the military audits, between the years 1964 and 1979. The mediation of power that was built between the accounts and discursive records in inquests revealed the production of a vectored legal discourse that seeks to represent and build as victims women raped in their conditions of “honest” and “caregivers”.
