- Abstract
The Communist International has devoted a significant part of its activities to propaganda by the press, and books. This article aims to show what were the relations between culture, politics and international relations, IC seeking to export political culture. The author also questions the stateless nature of this new political culture and tent shows its role in the manufacture of french communism.
