- Abstract
The author focuses on the government regulations of the drugs and pharmaceuticals under the Food and Drug Administration of the U.S. with respect to the public health crisis and community welfare. The regulation under the Food and Drug Administration discriminate against the minorities especially against people who are terminally ill. Information on the decision of the Federal Circuit of the Court of Appeals of the U.S. on the cases regarding the regulations is also presented.
