- Abstract
The article discusses a study that evaluated barriers for accessing sustainable medication for patients at Public Hospital Roatán (PHR) in Honduras. Topics include observation of procuring medications and pharmacy operations at PHR, counting precriptions and obtaining procurement data from the Honduras Ministry of Health (MOH). Analysis findings indicated discrepancy in pharmacy-dispensed medications with higher endocrine therapeutic drugs as compared to cardiovascular disease medications.
