- Abstract
The article presents information on how female victims of rape trauma syndrome (RTS) cope with the assistance of the Sexual Assault Response Teams (SART). The author looks at various forms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for victims of sexual violence, research conducted by forensic nursing expect Ann Wolbert Burgess, and the impact that SART has on the effects of RTS women.
