- Abstract
The article focuses on a colloquium which has been organized to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Roe v. Wade by the Ohio State Law Journal. It informs that the colloquium sheds light on constitutionality of state constitution's personhood amendments that legally specify human embryos as people with legal rights from the time of fertilization. It also discusses Ohio's heartbeat bill, which deals with issues related to right to abortion.
