Title
RELIGIOUS FREEDOM RESTORATION ACT.
Abstract
The article reports on the resolution of the legal case of the Navajo nation vs. the U.S. Forest Service. In the case the nation had sued the U.S. Forest Service arguing that making artificial snow for skiing on a sacred mountain violated the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a holding that the snow making plans did not violate the act.
