Abstract
The article focuses on the nature of the Native American Rights Fund (NARF), the oldest and largest nonprofit national Indian rights organization in the U.S. It is cited to devote all its efforts to defending and push for the legal rights of Indian people on issues crucial to their tribal reign which include their natural resources and human rights. A brief historical overview of the system is presented.
