The article presents information from the conference "Singers and Tales in the 21st Century: The Legacies of Milman Parry and Albert Lord," which was held at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts from December 3-5, 2010. Topics of the conference include adapting intertextuality to oral epics, the clustering effect of formulas in Homeric epics, and the borderland identity expressed in Bosnian traditions.
