- Abstract
This article, published in Chemistry of Natural Compounds, explores the chemical constituents of Ampelopsis grossedentata and their potential inhibitory effects on Th17 cell differentiation. Ampelopsis grossedentata is a woody vine used by various ethnic minorities in China. The study isolated and identified nine compounds from the plant, including four that were previously unknown. Five of these compounds showed inhibitory effects on Th17 cell differentiation, suggesting potential anti-inflammatory activity. Further research is needed to explore the therapeutic applications of these compounds.
