- Abstract
In this work, the angular variation of the Helium (He) atom for the resonance levels was experimentally measured by electron spectrometer. 200 eV mono-energetic electron beam collided with He gas in high vacuum and occurred electrons after the collision were detected. The experimental setup in the electron collision laboratory consists of an electron gun, a target gas, two electron energy analyzers, two electron detectors, signal processing units and Faraday Electron Cup. Here, the auto ionization energy levels of the He atom for 32,5-35 eV and for 10°-80° angular range were examined. As a result, it has been observed that the symmetrical states of the resonance profiles are more dominant at small angles, and the symmetrical and asymmetrical structure becomes evident together at higher angles.
