- Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low operation efficiency of existing ginger seeding machines, a double-row ginger combined seeding machine and its supporting hydraulic system design scheme was proposed, and the working principle of the hydraulic system driving the whole machine was expounded. At the same time, a dynamic model were established based on the whole structure of the seeding machine, the key parameters of the hydraulic system were established through theoretical analysis. The AMESim hydraulic circuit simulation model was constructed, and the FMI interface was used to realize the exchange of machine-hydraulic co-simulation data. Through co-simulation, the operation state of the ginger planter was simulated. The results show that the hydraulic system can realize synchronous operation under 500 N eccentric load state and realize sequential control under large load changes, and the maximum stress on the execution components is only 67. 07 MPa, which shows that the machine can work smoothly under more complicated conditions
