- Abstract
Ziel: In mehreren Studien ist nachgewiesen worden, dass tägliche körperliche Aktivität (KA) der Entstehung von Brustkrebs vorbeugt. Unser Ziel war die Untersuchung des Zusammenhangs zwischen KA und klinischen sowie biologischen Tumoreigenschaften bei Brustkrebs-Patientinnen, um die Auswirkung des Energieverbrauchs (EV) auf die Tumorprognose zu ermitteln. Methoden: Wir aggregierten die Daten aus 2 prospektiven Studien, an denen insgesamt 121 Brustkrebs-Patientinnen teilnahmen. Als Maß für die KA wurde der Patienten-Fragebogen Population Physical Activity Questionnaire verwendet, der von allen Patientinnen beantwortet wurde. Ergebnisse: Zehn Patientinnen hatten 3-fach rezeptornegative (triple-negative; TN) Tumoren. Der mittlere Body-Mass-Index (BMI) in der Allgemeinbevölkerung und bei den Patientinnen mit TN-Tumor betrug 24,3 bzw. 25,6. Der mittlere tägliche EV betrug 10 266 kJ × 24 h-1 in der Allgemeinbevölkerung und 11 212 kJ × 24 h-1 bei Patientinnen mit TN-Tumoren. In der Gesamtpopulation bestand eine inverse statistische Korrelation zwischen BMI und täglichem EV, Ruhezeiten, leichter KA und mittelintensiver KA (p = 0,0002, p = 0,0003, p < 0,0001 bzw. p = 0,03). Darüber hinaus bestand eine positive Korrelation zwischen negativem Östrogenrezeptor- Status und intensiver KA (p = 0,041) sowie täglichem EV (p = 0,007). Bei den Patientinnen mit TN-Tumoren bestand keine signifikante Korrelation zwischen dem BMI und den EV-Kategorien. Schlussfolgerungen: Faktoren der Lebensführung (Gewichtsregulierung, KA) sollten angepasst und je nach biologischen, klinischen und epidemiologischen Tumoreigenschaften personalisiert werden.
