- Abstract
The article offers information on the water conservation program by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the WaterSense. The program is an innovative voluntary market transformation project for water-efficient products and program. It seeks to help utilities confidently promote products and services that use less water and perform better than conventional models. The WaterSense program was launched in 2006, expanded rapidly. USEPA developed efficient criteria and third party testing before a product can earn WaterSense label. Plumbing products and toilet utilities were tested accordingly to ensure product quality.
