- Abstract
The article identifies the extent of community involvement in the decision-making process surrounding form-based codes, which are a type of zoning regulation, and their potential discriminatory impact, and mechanisms to address these social equity issues. Topics discussed include background on form-based codes and the differences between form-based and Euclidian zoning, and potential legal challenge to the effects of form-based codes using the Fair Housing Act.
