- Abstract
As organizations grow in size and maturity, their employee development needs change, and their OD functions must adapt to the new landscape. The challenge calls for organizational redesign, best- of- breed solutions, creating easy access for employees, and building strong social networks. This article shares how Oracle Corporation created a global Organization & Talent Development (OTD) organization to leverage the best of its regional organizations, gain consistency, and still respond to unique regional needs.
