- Abstract
This paper aims to trace sources of contamination of dairy products. The three types of contamination are physical, chemical, biological (micro and macro biological). Furthermore, there will be information on food waste as well as on what constitutes food safety. After processing the information found, I found out that milk and dairy products are good for healh, but must be processed in the best condition. If contamination occurs, the properties of the milk can be destroyed. In other words,what we have discovered is useful for consumers, but also for producers.
