- Abstract
The article discusses the due process and decision-making in immigration adjudication in the U.S. According to the author, it is significant to infer the extent of the power the immigration system wields, particularly in the cases of refugees. It also discusses the recent major administrative changes at the Board of Immigration Appeals, which are commonly known as "BIA streamlining," to ascertain whether the "streamlined" BIA provides adequate due process.
