- Abstract
The article discusses racial/ethnic and sex differences in the relation between food insecurity and adult pre-diabetes. Topics include the impacts of food insecurity among non-Hispanic white women and non-Hispanic black women, the lack of a relation to Hispanic men and women, and the possible relation of health insurance coverage to the relation between food insecurity and pre-diabetes.
