- Abstract
The article focuses on cross training or conditioning as a way to enhance the exercise program of Australian rugby league players. A description of the benefits of cross training is provided including improving skill, agility and balance and allowing flexibility in training needs and plans. A list of cross training exercises that would benefit rugby league players is provided. A discussion on how cross training enhances strength endurance is given.
