- Abstract
This article analyzes the relationship between organizational justice perception and willingness to change in workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was found that the perception of justice is related to the acceptance of change by members of the organization. The importance of adequate communication and organizational culture in the change process is highlighted. The study seeks to identify factors that support willingness to change in a context of uncertainty and promote the perception of justice within organizations.
