- Abstract
The article discusses the possible role of interferon-alpha in restoring sensitivity to tyrosine-kinase inhibitors in Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia with F317L mutation. It reports that administration of interferon led to the disappearance of the mutation and allowed rescue by dasatinib. Reference is given of a 58-year old patient with Ph + ALL, who underwent maintenance treatment.
