- Abstract
The article presents a court case Jane Doe 464533 v ND which deals with public disclosure of private facts. In this case woman's ex-boyfriend had posted an intimate video of her online at a pornography website after their break-up, without her knowledge or consent and also showed it to members of their mutual social circle, wherein the Ontario Superior Court of Justice expanded the realm of tort law to cover certain breaches and invasions of privacy.
