- Abstract
By used of response surface Box-Behnken design analysis, total flavonoids of Blumea riparia (BL.) DC were studied. Data analysis and processing through SAS software obtained flavonoids content and the inherent relationship between factors, microwave extraction optimum conditions for alcohol content 42%, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:20, the extraction time 7 min, temperature 60 °C, extracted three times.
