Title
Shell's butadiene plans.
Abstract
The article discusses the plan of Shell Chemicals to build a new butadiene plant at its production complex in Bukom Island in Singapore. The plant will initially have a capacity of 155,000 tons/year. Pieter Eisjberg, the general manager of the Singapore complex, says the plant's output will help Shell meet the local demand for butadiene from Asia's petrochemicals industry.
