- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 28-year old man who had hip pain and low back pain. Topics discussed include use of oral drug Isotretinoin for acneiform lesions by the patient; use of the same drug in 20 years age ; limited motion of left hip; pain in sacroiliac joints; presence of nodulocystic acne in face and neck; diagnosis of SAPHO (synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis) syndrome which can be caused by isotretinoin and reason of SAPHO such as palmoplantar pustulosis.
