- Abstract
The article focuses on the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision in Peña-Rodriguez v. Colorado on no-impeachment rule in the U.S. Federal Rule of Evidence 606(b) incompatible with the Sixth Amendment under certain circumstances. It mentions different jurisdictions sought different ways to reconcile the values of jury deliberation and the threat of juror misconduct. It also mentions decision of U.S. Supreme Court in the Tanner v. United States on the no-impeachment rule.
