The article focuses on the importance of punctuation in legal communication of the U.S. Constitution and also offers information on the court case District of Columbia v. Heller related to constitutional punctuation. The article suggests that punctuation in the legal textualism should be dealt carefully and also discusses a methodology for parsing the punctuation marks of the Constitution.
