- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of Minnesota Supreme Court in the case Figgens v. Wilcox regarding the commercial loans as a part that debtor may not maintain an action on a credit agreement. It mentions that court thought the use of "agreement" as opposed to "contract" showed an intent to address a broader set of interactions than those just qualifying as enforceable contracts citing legal dictionaries with the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
