- Abstract
The article focuses on Minnesota Supreme Court's ruling related to the application of the ethics rules to pro se lawyers in which the court upheld non applicability of the Rule 3.3(a)(1) Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) to an attorney appearing pro se. It mentions prohibition of a lawyer from knowingly making a false statement of fact or failing to correct such a false statement under the Rule. It states for determining the Rules which do not apply to a pro se attorney.
