- Abstract
The article discusses the environmental practices which will aid managers in meeting the organizational challenge of sustainable development and quality management. It also presents the Deming Cycle Plan, which is based on a continuous improvement that has stages which includes plan, do, study and act stage. Environment stewardship, commercial regulatory requirements and public image are some of the reasons why organizations need to attain environmental sustainability in providing services and producing their products.
