- Abstract
Faced with the well-known right-libertarianism, a left-libertarianism has recently been developed. Advocates of the latter position share many theoretical choices with those of the former and in particular the central place given to full self-ownership. Analysis of this ownership individuals have over themselves allows to understand the diversity of libertarian conceptions of social justice. It also reveals their economic implications both in global justice and in treatment of one of the emblematic problems of local justice: the organ transplants.
