- Abstract
This article presents a case study of a 35-year-old-man presented with arrhythmogenic right ventricular (RV) cardiomyopathy with regional left ventricular (LV) involvement. Electron beam computed tomography (CT) findings obtained at end-systole shows that epicardial adipose tissue is abundant, and the RV is severely enlarged, conspicuous trabeculations with low attenuation, a scalloped appearance of the free-wall, and large and linear intramyocardial fat deposits along the endocardium at the interventricular septum are observed in the RV.
