- Abstract
Our Visiting Professor O. Höffe, kindly answers to our professors Alfonso Flórez and Vicente Durán, questions about his philosophical process, since his early interests in philosophy of physics to his current focus on practical philosophy. In this development, always critical and creative, professor Höffe underlines how being saturated of experience is needed to philosophize; he indicates his own links with Kant, Aristotle, Plato, Hegel and French existentialists; with Heidegger, phenomenology and hermeneutics; with the Frankfurt School, analytical philosophy, and post-modem thought. Also, he shares with us his ideas on the political nature of philosophy, the way to teach it and how meaningful it is for universities today.
