- Title
Analysis of Pectins by SEC with Tri^ .1 \~S.

- Abstract
The article presents information on an experiment done for the analysis of pectins by size exclusion chromatography with triple detection. Pectins have heterogeneous nature and adopt complex structures in solution. In the experiment a sample of pectin was analysed on the PL-GPC 50 integrated gel permeation chromatography (GPC) system running at 30 degree Celsius fitted with a refractive index detector, a PL-BV 400 four capillary bridge viscometer and a Precision Detectors' PD2020 dual angle light-scattering detector. Also, the article demonstrates how the new PL-GPC 50 can be used for the analysis of structurally complex but commercially important materials by multi detector GPC.
