The article discusses the court case related to the arbitration, age discrimination and waiver of individual right to sue in the U.S. It state that the respondent are members of the Service Employees International Union and were employed by the petitioner 14 Penn Plaza LLC. It explains that the respondent filed a complaint with the Equal Employment opportunity Commission (EEOC) which granted them a right-to-sue notice.
